1. Digital Coaching & Plans
For our personalized digital services including Personal Coaching, Nutrition Plans, and Corporate Wellness programs, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the initial consultation or the first week of your plan, you may request a full refund, no questions asked.
2. Physical Products
Unopened and unused physical products (such as Smart Wearables) can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error on our part.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once your return or cancellation request is approved, refunds are processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Diagnostics and at-home lab tests are strictly non-refundable once the sample collection kit has been dispatched, due to health and safety regulations.
