Warranty Policy
Information about warranty on our physical products.
1. Smart Wearables Warranty
All physical products purchased directly from Fitwithmee, including our Smart Wearables, are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
2. What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear resulting from daily use.
- Accidental damage, drops, or improper handling.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Water damage beyond the stated IPX rating of the specific device.
3. Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. You may be required to send the defective product back to our facility for inspection before a replacement is issued.
